The day after Thanksgiving I can’t resist making a turkey sandwich complete with a kick of horseradish and whatever leftover sides I can find in the fridge. What’s your go-to for those leftovers?

Same here I can’t help but raid the fridge the next day! I grew up making these epic sandwiches with turkey, stuffing, and a touch of cranberry sauce. It’s a bit messy, but it always hits the spot!

I’m all about that leftovers bowl. Ever since I was a kid I’d just toss turkey, mashed potatoes, and gravy together and call it a meal. It may not be a work of art, but it’s absolutely delicious
