Hosting or going out?

So are you hosting or going out this Thanksgiving? I’ve had my share of Thanksgivings spent in a lively bar surrounded by friends and watching football when I couldn’t make it home. With turkey sandwiches in hand we cheered with strangers and honestly it felt just as good as being with family. What’s your plan this year?

We’re gearing up for a big gathering this year. My most vivid memory is from our first holiday in this house when we found out the oven couldn’t fit the turkey. We ended up cooking it overnight at my sister-in-law's and then frantically driving it over in the morning what a stressful morning that was! This year we’re playing it safe and using the grill just in case!

I’m on my way out there was this one year I celebrated Thanksgiving at a friend’s place and we opted for pizza instead of the traditional turkey. It turned out to be absolutely perfect!
