Hearing this is being used more in mining and we are certainly looking at buying some soon.

Satellite images are becoming more attractive in mining for keeping tabs on tailings, plants, and how sites change. Planet Labs and Maxar are well-known companies, Planet is known for frequent updates, while Maxar offers detailed, high-resolution images.
