It's mostly paperwork and making sure all the safety stuff is in order. We do inspections on the regular and get good training, which keeps us out of trouble.

I often see people fail to guard moving parts, such as bolt heads, keyways, and couplers. this isn't good, and people should make sure all moving machine parts are boxed in or guarded to prevent contact
