What I'm really trying to do is get better at fixing problems. Last year, some jobs dragged on forever, and I want to get those wrapped up faster.

I'm making my work process flow better. I noticed I wasted a bunch of time by switching from one thing to the next. So, yeah, I want to make everything smoother and get rid of those little time-wasters.

This year, I want to do a little bit more at work. Nothing crazy, just take on more responsibility in the stuff I’m already doing. It feels like now is a good time to move up a bit, you know?
