At the moment, we're in a slow period. Last year, one sensor went down and took down an entire shift.
To manage things better, I’ve been keeping spare parts on hand and doing extra preventative checks, even though it's starting to feel a bit excessive

Lately, fuel costs have been a real pain.
After a few expensive lessons, I began monitoring usage more carefully and adjusting routes and schedules.
They might seem like minor tweaks, but they really add up quickly.
