Hey looks like I'm the first pardon the Grammar errors , name is Douglas 35 years young no mining experience specifically but I have operated variety of equipment for such purposes , IVe had a passion for rocks and fossils ever since I could pick one up and throw it . Kinda comes to me by blood of interest as when as young as 8 my uncle was in GPAA and took us kids to prospect in lower Alabama and Georgia as I'm in northern part of Alabama , being part of the piedmont uplift of ocean floor and close to where the crust dove under the other crust near fault there has been many of ocean fossils mainly bottom crustaceans found over the years, Im part of GPAA lifetime meber and lost Dutchman's mind , but have yet to be well off enough to go exploring , I did for 1 hour once on a claim loaded a 5 gallon bucket of random metal detector hit as was getting dark so that's about it, plenty of GPAA bags planned and well close to 3 grand in mining tools and panning supplies . I just want to dig for treasure and dig in dirt for a living and I would be happy till I die if I could find that chance to follow my dreams , Maybe someone on hear is able to make it happen and would want a free spirited wanting to learn mining person to mold and work with and I could be that person hopefully being for theme to be able enough to let me work with theme and let me be able to take care of life expenses while being happy for once instead of no job or jobs that don't have meaning to what I want out of life , simple dig and look threw dirt and streams and read the land for geo wonders , and maybe travel to places like Australia and see what they have to offer , . Any way I LIKEROCKS and DIRT , especially with GOLD or STones in theme as I'm sure most hear do as well .
