Here I am again. Just a little bit about me.

I'm here because this site feels like it's a better fit than the Precious Metals Extraction Forum. I'm interested in getting at the Gold and Platinum group Metals that are in and around the San Diego River. I've been looking for someone who knows the best, legal, ways of getting any of these from the riverbed? San Diego isn't going to give any permits or anything else one would need to mine, process, or refine . I've been having some luck placering along the river although despite spending over $. 2,000.00 US., on equipment, haven't been able to get any processed. Yet!!!
