Greetings everyone. Excited to be here. Was just thinking about how critical a good ground support crew is. Had a machine go down last shift, and the guys on the ground had us back up and running in under an hour. They don't get enough credit. Shout-out to ground support everywhere.

The ground support is really the backbone of everything we do. Good for you for shouting them out. They earned it.

Yeah, I had something like that happen when our loader crapped out. The support team got it fixed before we even clocked out.

I had a similar experience last month. My rig died on me underground, but the ground team got us back up and running super quick.

I recall this one time when a drill rig had issues and it could have taken us down for the whole day, but the support team took care of it in a jiffy.

Once, a conveyor belt jammed up, but the crew got it cleared so fast that it barely affected how much we produced.
