When I was on my old winter shift, my dozer really struggled with cold starts. A simple pad heater made those early mornings a lot easier.

I used to waste half my morning trying to wake up a stubborn engine in freezing temperatures. Switching to an inline block heater evened things out so winter starts became much less of a struggle.

A few winters back, one of our haul trucks wouldn’t start smoothly unless it had been plugged in for ages. I finally added a circulating block heater, and it made a huge difference. Even on the coldest mornings, the engine turned over without a hitch, saving us a ton of downtime.
