Mining is full of intricate details, and small changes can really pay off. From planning and material handling to maintenance and safety, there’s always something to tweak. What’s one process you’ve worked on refining that has made your job easier or more efficient?

After months of rearranging our supply area, it felt pointless. But now, I can grab the right materials in no time way better than wandering around like I’m lost in a cave.

I revamped our maintenance checklist to spot small problems before they snowballed. It felt like a chore at first, but it’s saved me hours—and definitely cut down on the headaches over the last year.

I focused on optimizing our material flow. Initially, moving ore from point A to B was like navigating a labyrinth. Now, a few tweaks keep everything running smoothly and much less chaotic.
